Great Experience with Aero Drapery & Blind. We purchased and had them install Hunter Douglas Shades when we moved here in 2013. After 12 years of daily usage the internal mechanism on our dining room shade failed. Paul came to my house, diagnosed the problem, and within a couple of weeks, the part was ordered and installed. Bonus – even got some great fishing tips from Paul. All told, this is precisely why buying a quality product from a small local business, still makes the most sense.

I had an issue with my PowerView Gen 2 remote. Stopped at the Aero service center in Little Canada and was helped by Anika who was incredibly helpful. She reached out to Hunter Douglas and has arranged a replacement remote which will be sent to our home. Great support on the part of Anika and also really nice to see how Hunter Douglas takes care of customers. Could not have asked for more.

The new blind was installed quickly, efficiently, and perfectly. It looks great and is easy to use. Great job!
